ADHD Coaching for Adults & Professionals
I've been where you are. Diagnosed with combined-subtype ADHD in my mid-thirties whilst running a busy career, I spent years figuring out what actually works. Now I help adults and working professionals navigate the same journey — with honesty, experience, and a plan built around your real life.

Meet Rohan
I'm Rohan Herbert — a chiropractor by profession, diagnosed with adult combined-subtype ADHD in my mid-thirties whilst juggling a demanding career. That diagnosis was a turning point, but what came after was the real challenge.
I had fantastic professionals who helped me get my diagnosis, but I struggled to find anyone who had actually stood in my shoes — someone who could talk through lifestyle modifications, strategies, and action plans from genuine experience. Someone to act as a sounding board and help me move forward.
So I spent years working out what actually helps: which coping strategies stick, which supplements make a difference, navigating medications, restructuring my work schedule, managing professional responsibilities, and overhauling my exercise routine. Prioritising rest and sleep transformed everything.
That's why I started coaching — to be the person I wished I'd had. I work with adults and professionals who are trying to manage their ADHD alongside careers, relationships, and everyday life. I'm not a psychologist or psychiatrist, but I have lived through severe ADHD symptoms and overcome a lot of hurdles to get where I am now.
"I'm not here to fix you — because you're not broken. I'm here to help you find what works for you."
— Rohan Herbert

Who I Work With
I work with adults and professionals at every stage of their ADHD journey. Here are some of the people I help most.
You're holding down a career but struggling with focus, time management, and the mental load of keeping everything on track. You know you're capable — you just need the right strategies to match.
You've built something from the ground up, but ADHD makes the day-to-day feel chaotic. Prioritising, delegating, and staying consistent are constant battles — and you're tired of white-knuckling it alone.
You're rethinking your direction — maybe your current role doesn't suit your ADHD brain, or a recent diagnosis has shifted your perspective. You want clarity on what comes next and a plan to get there.
You want to be the ideas person — creative, chasing new opportunities, building the vision. But ADHD means you're constantly bogged down by the day-to-day, and you can't work out how to structure things so you can actually be who you want to be.
The diagnosis is in, but now what? You're processing years of 'so that's why I do that' moments and need someone who's been through it to help you make sense of it all and start moving forward.
The Process
We start with an honest conversation about where you are right now — at work, at home, and everything in between. Your challenges, your goals, what's working and what isn't. No judgement — just real talk from someone who gets it.
Together, we build practical strategies tailored to your life. Career demands, deadlines, social commitments, exercise, sleep — we look at the full picture and create an action plan that fits around your professional and personal responsibilities.
This isn't a one-and-done fix. We work together over time, refining what works, adjusting what doesn't, and building momentum. Think of it as having a trusted guide in your corner.

Areas of Support
ADHD affects every corner of your life — especially when you're balancing a career alongside everything else. I help you look at the full picture and build practical adaptations that help you perform at your best. Not theory. Real strategies from real experience.

An Important Note
I want to be completely upfront: I am not a psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist. I don't diagnose, I don't prescribe, and I don't replace professional medical care.
What I am is someone who has lived with severe ADHD symptoms as a working adult and has spent years figuring out what works in the real world — whilst maintaining a demanding career. I've navigated medications, tested supplements, rebuilt my routines, and come out the other side calmer and more productive.
Think of me as a personal trainer for your ADHD — someone who has been through it, understands the daily struggles of balancing ADHD with professional life, and can help you build practical strategies to manage your symptoms and perform at your best.
If you need clinical support, I'll always encourage you to work with qualified professionals. My role is to complement that care with lived experience and practical guidance.
